Red To Blue

Turn Your Red Card Blue

The Level 2 NVQ in Plant Operations is the qualification employers demand. It's the only route to a Blue CSCS Skilled Worker card.

What Is It

Level 2 NVQ In Plant Operations

The NVQ is workplace-assessed on a live operating site. You need to be currently working on site and operating the machine. An assessor watches you work and builds a portfolio of evidence of your competence.

There is a small sign-off component at the office to complete your portfolio, but this isn't classroom-based training.

The NVQ qualification itself never expires. Only the card needs renewing. This is the route to the Blue CSCS Skilled Worker card.
