Experienced Operator Test
An Experienced Operator Test (EOT) is for anyone who has been operating a machine on site for years but never sat a formal test. Instead of repeating training you don't need, an assessor evaluates your existing skills against the NPORS standard.
Pass, and you're issued a Red NPORS Experienced Worker card, recognised across England and Wales. It's the first step on the Red-to-Blue pathway if you later want your NVQ.
